This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard information when you use our social media management, direct messaging automation, and multi-platform content publishing platform across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our services:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, and profile settings when you register.
  • Social Media Authentication: OAuth 2.0 access tokens, refresh tokens, Account IDs, Page IDs, and channel metadata obtained with your explicit authorization from Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and Google (YouTube Data API v3).
  • Automation & Engagement Data: Public comments, message sender IDs, automation trigger logs, and response templates required to perform automated replies and direct message delivery.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for fulfilling platform functionality:

  • Executing automated comment replies and private direct messages according to rules you configure.
  • Publishing and scheduling posts, reels, and video content directly to connected channels.
  • Enforcing strict rate-limiting guardrails and anti-spam protection to preserve your account safety.
  • Providing analytics, conversion reports, and unlock gate tracking.

4. Google User Data & Data Sharing Disclosures

Creator's Studio requests access to Google User Data via YouTube API Services strictly to enable automated video uploading, comment moderation, and channel analytics for your connected YouTube channel.

Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure Notice:

Creator's Studio DOES NOT sell, rent, trade, share, transfer, or disclose Google User Data or YouTube API data to any third parties, advertisers, data brokers, or external entities under any circumstances. All Google user data obtained via YouTube API Services is processed internally and strictly used to provide, maintain, and improve features directly requested by the account owner.

  • Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance: Creator's Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • No AI/ML Model Training: We do NOT use Google User Data (including YouTube channel info, video uploads, or comment data) to train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
  • Data Retention & Token Storage: OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens received from Google are stored in an encrypted vault using AES-256-GCM encryption. Tokens are retained only while your YouTube channel remains connected to Creator's Studio.

5. Security & Encryption

All authentication tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption in our secure vault. We access third-party platform APIs (Meta Graph API, YouTube Data API v3) strictly in accordance with their respective Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

6. Data Deletion & Revoking Permissions

You retain full ownership of your data. You may disconnect your YouTube channel or social media accounts at any time via your account dashboard. You can also revoke Creator's Studio's access to your Google data at any time via the Google Security Settings Page.
