By accessing and using Creator's Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Acceptable Use:
- You agree not to use Creator's Studio to distribute spam, abusive messages, harassment, or unlawful content.
- You must respect the terms of service of connected platforms, including Meta Developer Policies and YouTube Terms of Service.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining control over connected social media accounts.
User Data Deletion Instructions (Facebook & Instagram)
According to Meta Platform Rules, we provide clear instructions on how users can request removal of their data associated with Creator's Studio:
Method 1: Disconnect & Delete from Creator's Studio Dashboard
- Log in to your Creator's Studio account.
- Navigate to Connected Accounts (/dashboard/accounts).
- Click "Disconnect / Delete Account" next to your Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube profile.
- All encrypted tokens, cached data, and automation webhooks linked to that account are immediately and permanently purged from our database.
Method 2: Remove App via Facebook Settings
- Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Click on Apps and Websites.
- Find Creator's Studio and click Remove.
- Meta will immediately invalidate access tokens and notify our systems to delete any stored connection credentials.
Method 3: Direct Data Deletion Request
You may also send an email to support@noxius.space with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" including your registered email address. We will verify and permanently delete all your user records within 48 hours.
